Q: How Do I Apply LipSense® Lip Colors?
A: As per the Senegence website:
STEP 1: SHAKE the LipSense® Lip Color like you mean it
STEP 2: CLEAN your lips and pat dry
STEP 3: APPLY color on lips in single, fluid motion. No swiping. Let dry
STEP 4: LAYER it on two more times. Let each layer dry
STEP 5: GLOSS it over with LipSense® Moisturizing Glossto seal the color. Reapply throughout the day*
STEP 6: REMOVE any color mishaps or at the end of the day with Ooops™*
Q: Are the products genuine?
A: Yes, we guarantee that all products sold on this site are genuine and authentic.
Q: How fast do you ship?
A: We ship orders within 2 business days after confirmation of payment. Orders over weekend will ship out within 2 business of the 1st work day.
Q: How do you ship your products?
A: We take great care to prevent damages during shipping. Orders are shipped inside bubble wrapped packages.
Q: Do you do refunds or exchanges?
A: No. Due to the nature of the product we do not issue refunds or exchange products.
Q: What if products are damaged during shipping?
A: Although we take great care to secure the shipments, in the unfortunate situation that a product is delivered in a damaged condition, immediately let us know at admin@poshgroveshop.com and we will gladly replace the product and if the same product is no longer available we will issue a refund.
